So, hubs messed up (ROYALLY) and miscalculated our checking account. We had been using our debit card and overdrafted our account. Let me just tell you, I am leaving Citizens bank tomorrow!! $800 in overdraft fees. (We spent only $130 over what we had) They fine you 40 dollars for each transaction. Can you imagine why I wont let him use his debit card for D&D or wherever he decides to eat lunch every day anymore?!?!
They won't do a damn thing to help us. And, my best friend and sister work there. They couldn't even get anyone to help us out. We have over a 100,000 equity line with them. Shows how much they value their customers!!
